Ford service

My service writer, Mike V is always personable. I appreciate being greeted by name. The service was completed in a timely manner. The waiting area is comfortable.

Great Service

This is our 4th Ford F-150 and this dealership goes out of their way to make the deal and also make the process easy and quick. Highly recommend Jeff and his team

Explorer

Our salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. Richard guided us through the process from start to finish even getting us a second cleaning of the vehicle since it was raining at delivery. Would highly recommend.

2018 escape - very cooperative

Jeff was an excellent car salemen — we are very happy and the customer service ,,trade in was complicated but worked out mutual agreeeable deal — my car was a 2014 ford escape which i purchased at this dealership in september 2013. i purchased a 5 year or 100,000 mile warrantee — the vehicle was 5 years old in September but in February at 100,072 miles and the transmission went out and i had a estimate of $ 5,600 for a new transmission, this would be on top of a $ 730 repair that was unnessary because the transmission was the real problem. i am very disappointed in Ford that my car had a major break down at 100,072 miles ,,, i should of bought a honda in the first place and replacing the broken Ford for another Ford. i will see if this is bad decision but Ford should of given me an 100,000 mile warranty on my new 2018 ford escape at no cost since in today’s world cars are to last long past 100,000 ,, Honda’s, Toyota’s, Nissan’s all do !!

Staff was greatly

Jeff was awesome, finance department was awesome. The long process of buying a new truck, was very easy and I felt very comfortable and at ease

Happy with my Ford

All my experiences with Penske Ford have been great. Buying my new Ford Escape from Penske Ford was quick and easy, no pressure. It's first service, (7500 mile checkup) went fast and on time.

Service

Have been bringing our vehicles here for years to John Beck. He takes very good care of us. Glad he and others who have been there since before it bacame Penske are still around. People I can trust.

New car experience

The actual picking out and coming to agreement on the price was very quick and simple. The actual signing in finance is way too long and high pressure sales for the extended package. If Ford made a car correctly why need to extend the manufacturing warranty out? Would not take no for an answer. 3 hours way to long to do 10 minutes worth of paper work. Watch out for the. Extending the months and increase of annual rate just to get you to buy the package. This is the only thing I hate and was unhappy about

I love Penske Forf

They are always helpful and always do a great job. My service advisor Ivan Green is the best. I highly recommend Penske Ford whether you are looking to buy or need service.
