They were friendly and accommodating.

I was late for my first appointment for a test drive due to public transit and my work was right down the street so we incorporated a little test drive into dropping me at work. We rescheduled for the following Saturday morning for a full test drive and less than 2 hours later I drove off the lot in my new car.

Amazing customer service!

Dealership is beautiful and filled with helpful courteous staff. Jay (our salesman) was very patient and helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our new F-150. We're extremely happy with our purchase. Great experience!

Good experience

Shan was thorough and great at explaining everything about the car and the sale. He demonstrated features about the car and took the time to answer all of our questions. He made sure everything we needed was done and his demeanor was very down to earth. He has great customer service skills and shows a lot of knowledge concerning the Ford brand.

Recall of F-150 Transmission.

Took my 2011 F-150 in for a transmission recall. At first they were not sure if they could do the recall. Then I was told they could. Two days later I experienced a problem when I put the truck into drive and it would not move. I put it back into park and then into drive again and it finally moved. I have not experienced it again.

Great customer service and fast

Very helpful staff. Quick turnaround. Always explain what they're doing and keep you up-to-date. I also bought the extended warranty because it's a great deal.

Best of the best

Mike my service writer, best service and did exactly what I asked to be done. The Service Manager out performed a problem I had professionally, followed with phone calls and made sure I was more than happy ( i am more than happy).

John Beck Service advisor made things right

We brought our Explorer in for leaking oil, but service said they couldn't locate anything and sent us home. A few weeks later the vehicle was leaking again and in greater amount. We were frustrated, but after sending a text to our service advisor, John Beck, he acted swiftly and had us come back in. Upon further inspection they were able to discover the issue - a failing PTU - which was covered under our MaxCare warranty. John took care of everything. He gave a comparable loaner car - even before our warranty approved it. This is extremely helpful as we are a one-car family. We are so pleased by John helping us and will feel much better about using Penske for our service needs in the future.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Allem was friendly, honest, and reliable. He was very helpful in my decision making process for purchasing a new car. I did not feel any pressure from him, he let me take my time thinking of what I wanted. I was looking to trade in my old car for a New 2019 Fusion. Allem expressed my options to me in an easy to understand and simple manner. I have had my new car for almost 2 weeks now and have been enjoying the feeling everytime I'm in it. Overall the buying experience was great, I would recommend getting a car from Allem at Penkse Ford La Mesa.

Professional, no pressure

Start to finish a first class, friendly, and competent organization. My wife and I did a lot of research prior to the purchase of this special SUV. That study really paid off! This vehicle is nothing short of fantastic! The Edge ST plays way out of its league!
