Purchased a car 11/19/23 now 1/2/25 and no title. One excuse after another with no resolution. Louis Valenz & Fleetimport are not good people. Liar cheats & thieves. Don’t do business with this company.

Follow up….purchase 11/19/23 now it is 1/2/25 and still no resolution on the our title. Louis Valenz is one shady person. If it’s not one thing it is another!!

Absolute crooks! Especially Louis Valenz! Stay away from this dealership! They sold me a Yukon Denali that was supposed to be in near immaculate condition with no issues at all. I made it clear before purchasing that I was going to be towing a trailer with this vehicle, so the towing/suspension was a priority for me to make the sale. Well, once the SUV was delivered, there were problems galore! The suspension system needed a new compressor and both rear shocks, it had to have the temperature sensor replaced, driver’s side mirror needed to be replaced, radiator had a hole in it, and neither front power seats would go up or go down, it has a continuous parasitic draw, so I had to invest in a battery switch, all of the dash clip mounts are broken, so the dash panel cannot be secured, and various other issues. After dropping over $3k for repairs, Louis said that he was going get me some money back towards the repair bills, because “they take care of their customers”. Needless to say, over a year later, and after every excuse in the book, (including a ridiculous manufactured story that Louis was fired over, but was later hired back), they never made good on their word! I hope this helps to keep someone else from getting taken advantage of by this very dishonest company.

Purchased a car November 2023 and it took 4 months to get tag & 8 months later still no title. Stay far away from this company. They keep communication open but no resolution just excuses. Only thing I get is…our title office is in California & the time difference & the lady I need to get only works 3 days a week! 8 months later & you still can’t get her???
