Last Experience - - One Question/Concern
Overall the service and support was great, as it always is at this dealership. In fact it is because of Jim the manager and his staff that I look to Herb Connolly Acura before I make any vehicle purchase. Please note however, I have had a problem with one of tires leaking air since my purchase last July. The problem was diagnosed as a faulty PSI gauge and replaced - - - thankfully this was done within the warranty. Today I noticed the pressure dropping 4-5 psi in only 4 days. I will monitor and advise. My only other question/concern was the bill this time was about $20-$25 more than usual. The young lady did comment and show me paperwork that the brakes were OK and a few other check list items. I can understand if this was the reason but that now begs the question, - - - why were these things done if the vehicle only had 5-6000 miles since I purchased it and at that time I was informed that it was "Certified Pre-Owned". Expensive compared to others for the exact same services
Service advisor and services are great but the prices are kind of expensive compared to others. Service advisor was able to price match with the different dealership but I wish their prices were competive.

Excellent service
They helped me with my SUV issues and fixed it for me. They contacted me by text messages because I'm deaf driver they want to make sure that I'm happy.

Exceptional Service
I have rarely stayed with an auto brand and dealership for more than a car or two. The Acura MDX has been an exceptional car from all standpoints and when I compare the MDX to other luxury SUVs it always delivers the highest value per dollar spent. I have driven four MDX vehicles for over 336,000 miles with only one minor repair covered under warranty. That is exceptional. The Herb Connolly dealership and especially my salesman "Gill" has been nothing short of outstanding.

Fast & Courteous
Went for my first oil change today and to have a sensor issue checked out. Second time dealing with the service department. They are always very accommodating. They kept me up to date during the whole process to let me know how much longer it would take and they explained everything. Great experience. Bought my car from Ryan Gorman and he was a pleasure to work with as well.

RDX Air Bag Replacement
The repair was scheduled and the work was done on time. The People were great to work with. We were late in getting the car as we got held up in traffic and they waited for us to arrive and pick up the car. The car was cleaned and vacuumed for us. I would return and recommend this service dept.
