The reason I went through this particular dealership was...

The reason I went through this particular dealership was because they participate in USAA's (a service for military members and their spouses)car buying service. From the first contact via email with Adam Owens, it was apparent that they wanted my business and they were very upfront about the possible incentives available, no beating around the bush in that regard... When I went in person to the dealership, I worked with Shadia. She was no-nonsense, very informative and very willing to take the time needed to answer all my questions. When it came time to discussing the numbers, Shadia consulted with Easton. When Shadia came back with their offer on the price of the car, I felt that based upon all of the research I had done on the internet through USAA and other car-buying websites, the price was a "great price" for the car and one that was fair in my opinion. I was relieved because I didn't want to haggle to get a price that I thought was fair and would be willing to pay for a new 2009 santa fe. We discussed the details, put everything in writing and I picked up my new car the very next day. I am very pleasd with my entire experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and especially the expertise of Shadia Khatib - she is a true professional!

Shadi was very helpful and informative. She answered all of our questions fron the test drive to walking the lot looking at what was available. We were able to dive the new car home the next day and are very happy with our buying experience. We would recommend Herb Connolly and Shadia to firiends and family Thank You Leo Benoit

Excellent service. Buying a Sonata through USAA buying...

Excellent service. Buying a Sonata through USAA buying service so dealer does discount significant amount. Service as if commission was not reduced by buying service. Very smooth purchase, registering and delivery and pick up of trade in to our home in RI.

The salesman, Wens, was a pleasure to work with. The rest of the sales peple were personable, and could converse intelligently and pleasently, even if they were not making the sale. The used car was presented and prepared well. There was a slow down in the back room,the paperwork was slow in being prepared. I have no complaints.

they were great and i got a good deal i just went to get the price of the new geneses and they made me an offer i couldn't refuse- they had the color i wanted and they gave me the best service i have ever had at a dealership- i look forward to having my car serviced by them

I rated Herb Connolly tops because Adam and Shadia bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with the decision I was about to make. They wanted my business but they also knew I was very emotionally attached to my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. It was a hand-me down from my mom and dad. And, even though it was way past time to get a new vehicle, they never pressured me into the deal. Adam was wonderful on the internet and it was wonderful to meet him in person. He's very sincere and wants to help you make the decision that is right for you. Shadia, my sales lady, is a beautiful person who will do everything she can to make you comfortable with your decision and couldn't be more empathetic. I'll never forget her. She is a wonderful, beautiful person. The Herb Connolly Hyundai Dealership is a family-owned business that is committed to doing right by its customers. I'm a small-town guy from rural North-Central PA. My hometown has less than 3,000 people and the entire county has le.ss than 6,000 residents Back in my hometown we all look after each other and deal fairly. A handshake seals a deal. If something isn't right, it's made so. Herb Connolly's employees give me a very warm feeling. I hope folks will take the opportunity to experience what I did. I took my elderly mother to buy a new car and it was the first time she has ever been to a car dealer or dealt with the purchase of a car on her own. The sales staff made the process very easy and they did not pressure her. They answered her questions and explained things carefully. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I had purchased my first Elantra from Herb Connolly...

I had purchased my first Elantra from Herb Connolly Hyundai back in 2003, so when my mechanic told me that I needed about $1500 worth of work on it, I decided to explore my options with purchasing a new one. My one and only stop in my search was back at Herb Connolly Hyundai! I was pleasantly greeted by Lauren and explained the situation to her. After telling her what was important to my family and I, she suggested either a new Elantra or Sonata. She was patient and informative while letting me test drive two trim levels of the Elantra, as well as a Sonata. Needless to say, I wound up with a new Elantra GLS! The process was easy and straight forward-Easton, the sales manager did not play any games, which was so relieving! Doug got me a great interest rate and finished all the paperwork in minutes. I would and have recommended Lauren and Herb Connolly Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used Hyundai (another option I explored!)

I went to Herb Connolly Hyundai to look at a 2007 Saturn...

I went to Herb Connolly Hyundai to look at a 2007 Saturn Vue they had on the lot. I was a previous Saturn customer and was initially going to wait until spring to replace my 143K 2000 Saturn. I had always wanted a Vue, but was a little unsure about buying outside a Saturn Dealership. I have always bought a car at its respective dealership. I bought the car. Lauren was my sales person. I she was so nice, helpful and easy to work with. As it turned out the spare key that came with the car did not fit. Lauren stopped by the Norwood Saturn Dealership to get a new spare key made for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. The entire staff was very pleasant. I bought a used car but they still treated my as if the car was a brand new Hyundai. I would definitely consider them for my next purchase.
