These guys are absolutely horrible. Their prices are a bait and switch. List cars at low prices only to slap you with $4000 in arbitrary dealer fees. Horrendous way to do business.

Bait and switch twice . Took my insurance and everything. Offered me a loner and then cancelled my deal

Very rude when talking and trying to negotiate. Tried upselling a car telling me its worth 5k more than what they had it listed for. My thought then was then sell it for 5k more. Then got mad when I made a logical offer based off MMR because of vehicles condition. Which was only 1.5k under asking. These guys might have decent prices but do your research on the car before pulling the trigger.

When selling the vehicle, they provide a temporary plate and promise that the permanent plate and registration will arrive within a week. However, even after a month, it has been impossible to get any information from the relevant person. The temporary plate has expired, but no one seems to care. They take people’s money and leave them in a difficult situation afterward.
