Came in to service my Acura TLX, had a great experience

Came in to service my Acura TLX, had a great experience with Carlos and they also showed me a Type S they had in stock. Was a little out of budget for now, but very reasonable price for new brakes and rotors and a decent bit cheaper than Acura themselves.

Do not work with this dealership.

Do not work with this dealership. They agreed to sell us this car and we worked out a time to pay and pick it up. Then they sent a message stating they sold it to someone else. Who does this, horrible!!!!!

Inquires responded to by bot or VA with no applicable answers to questions. Follow ups were nothing but a pressure tactic to provide a phone number, most likely for marketing purposes. Refusal to post relevant photos to site and advertising forums, wanting a number to text photos. Web site has no staff info to verify emails are coming from actual employees. Even employee list here does not have any of the names contacting me. Do not Trust.
