Trybe was the sales person assisting me. She is very good, very helpful, and very customer service oriented. She did a great job moving me through the system, and was the only person in the showroom that day that treated every customer in to the store. She is a great asset to Carmax and she should be acknowledged.

Made an appointment earlier this week, great visit with Chris got the price we wanted to sell out usedVW. Today I I tried to call and make an appointment to bring the car back and complete the deal. I found no way on line or getting through to a live person to set up an appointment. If I had you woud get an easy 5 star rating.
