I recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox from this dealership on March 20, 2026, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The vehicle was advertised at $6,999, but after reviewing the paperwork I realized the final price increased to over $11,236 with additional charges that were not clearly explained during the sales process. One of the biggest concerns was a $2,400 “DOWC” service contract added to the deal. I was told verbally that the dealership does not do warranties and that the vehicle was being sold “as-is,” yet the paperwork shows that I was charged thousands of dollars for a warranty product. The vehicle also has over 130,000 miles, yet the financing arranged carries a 24% interest rate over 64 months, resulting in a total repayment amount that is far higher than the advertised vehicle price. As a buyer, I trusted the information provided during the sale, but after reviewing the contract carefully, the numbers and added products do not match what was explained to me at the dealership. Transparency is extremely important in large financial purchases like vehicles, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to review every line of the paperwork carefully before signing and make sure all add-ons and financing terms are fully explained. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve honesty and transparency with customers in the future.
