2022 Infiniti Q 60 red sport. Headed on CarGurus for $40,195, got a packet with that price. Then I asked them to certify, and they said the price will go up a little bit, but I figured I had enough in my trade, to cover the certification. The hike, the price of the car up $5000, and told me it was a joke, and that Ford couldn't sell the car. And they had it for two days. So I am wholesale accusing them of baiting switch. I wouldn't do business with them either.

I had an outstanding experience with Priority Ford, and I can’t say enough about how well they treated me throughout the entire process. I came in dealing with a tough situation — my 2023 Tacoma needed extensive engine work — and the team truly worked with me to find a fair and reasonable solution. They gave me a very solid deal on my trade-in, especially considering the amount of work it needed. That level of fairness and professionalism meant a lot. A special thank you to General Manager John Colón, who was personally involved and made sure everything was handled with integrity and transparency. It’s clear he leads from the front and genuinely cares about customer experience. The entire team was straightforward, respectful, and easy to work with — no pressure, just honest conversations and real effort to help. Our salesman Clyde, was very kind, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process - highly recommend him! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE‼️ I took my 22 Maverick in for a
GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE‼️ I took my 22 Maverick in for a regular scheduled maintenance tuneup May, 25 (quick lane) My truck was running perfectly before entering their shop; my truck was misfiring as soon as I left there. Over the last 8 months I've taken it back three times! First time they found one cracked spark plug and said it was fixed, yet as a pulled off the lot my truck was still misfiring. Second time quick lane kept my truck all day, then told me I would have to take it to main service, because, they wouldn't have time to figure it out. Third time main service kept my truck for three days then called me to tell me the misfire is coming from the crankshaft seal and sensor and I need to pay them $1750. to fix it so they can see if I have engine damage they think I have! This is the biggest xx shop in town! My truck was running smoothly before their mechanic damaged my truck performing a scheduled maintenance tuneup! This isn't the first incident I've had with them, but this is by far the worst mechanical incompetence of them all. The service manager Fred Philips was no help, what a joke!! I am a Ford Motor Company Employee Union Member and I have filed a formal complaint with my employer regarding this dealership and the BBB! DON’T GO HERE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND YOU WILL PAY THE PRICE FOR THEIR MISTAKES‼️

Mr. Philips if you were truly sorry you would have fixed the issue your incompetent mechanic cause to my vehicle! But you wouldn’t, instead you told me my vehicle was misfiring due to an issue unrelated to the tuneup, which is a damn joke seeing how my vehicle was running perfectly fine when I drove it into your shop for a regular scheduled maintenance tuneup; then drive out with my truck misfiring!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE PEOPLE!!

Dealership is good for purchasing a new vehicle but the service department is not up to par took my2025 Explorer in for service and recalls had a 7:30am appointment the whole day my vehicle was there and never serviced then when finally we called were told just because we had a 7:30am appointment doesn’t guarantee that our vehicle would get in for service. What kind of service department are you running Don’t schedule appointments if you can’t keep them I’m very disappointed

If you are from NC, do not purchase a vehicle at Priority Ford Norfolk. I purchased a new Ford from them December 9th. I still do not have my Title. My insurance has not been registered to the NC Department DMV Liability Insurance. I do not have my tags transferred. Now I am receiving letters from NC DMV Liability Insurance about my trade in vehicle not having insurance. This whole sales process has been very bad. They have 28 days to do this, and we are past that. This rating system asked me to rate employees. The people I met are not listed.

I attempted to call you this morning. They explained today was your day off. I also made another call to Priority Ford Norfolk this morning. No clarification yet as to status. This should not be this difficult. What is the tracking number for the FEDX or UPS package of information notifing NC DMV and Insurance in the change of title for both the new Ford and the trade-in of the Sequoia plus the change in insurance.

recall on my ford escape needed entire driver side door replaced. 1st trip to dealership was at the end of June! I was told my door had been ordered. I was told my door had arrived, now of which was true. The i was told the door was on backorder. I began to just communicate with the service manager because i had so many issues, he told me he would be my point of contact. He called me in September to tell me my door should come in mid October! I have left 2 voicemails that are not being returned. My door will not stay opened on its own which causes a safety issue and it sounds like it will fall off. I am beyond disappointed now I am just angry. This is unacceptable.
