My wife and I had a very pleasant experience shopping for

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience shopping for our 2026 Honda HR-V at Priority Honda of Chesapeake all thanks to our sales man Mike Palamara who went the extra mile to make it a so. He was very professional, great attitude and we did not feel pressured whatsoever while we were making our offers to him. Mike made us feel like we were talking more to an advisor rather than a typical sales person. He did not care if he made the sale at that moment or not, but he was more interested in making us feel relaxed and very comfortable. Priority Honda dealership overall is very friendly, honest transparent and with great customer service, my wife and I were glad that we went to Priority Honda instead of letting our bank do the vehicle shopping for us.

My salesman, Mike, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I arrived on a Monday afternoon, the 29th of the month.

I arrived on a Monday afternoon, the 29th of the month. I was introduced to Dakota and he was very kind and reassuring. I told him what I was looking for and he suggested something a bit less expensive. I really appreciated that. We looked at a white one and took it out for a spin. We didn’t drive far, it was the start of Chesapeake rush hour. NOT something to mess with! But it gave me a good feel for the product, I’ve been driving a hybrid so the accelerator had a much different feel. I liked it and we started to ‘talk turkey’. This is when I got nervous. But Dakota went back a couple times and I was satisfied. If there is such a thing. Over all I’m happy with my experience!

I had a great experience with Priority Honda.

I had a great experience with Priority Honda. Mike Palamara was an excellent salesman. He wasn’t pushy and made sure that my purchase made sense for me and my life. Everyone from the front receptionist to the Finance manager were very nice.
