BMW's inspection determined that the vehicle bought from this dealership requires replacement of the fuel pump and repair of leaking turbo coolant lines, with estimated repair costs of approximately $9,000 to $10,000. They absolutely suck at any follow through. I’ve been texting, with someone for literally 2 weeks asking for information on a Porsche they have listed. It’s always the same xxxxxxxx excuse. Not once but 12 times! I researched what the overall reviews are for the place and they all seem to say the same thing, they thing, they sell xxxx and their communication is awful. They are nothing more than car flippers of auction xxxx boxes.

I scheduled an appointment several days out because I was driving 5 hrs to look at the vehicle. The person that treated acted as if he was surprised that I had an appointment. He pulled the vehicle out so that I was able to get a close look at everything. He stood back on his phone no commentary, no descriptions. I asked about shipping he stated that he would have to check into that but made no effort to check. The interior and the exterior of the car was filthy as if they had made no effort to clean it or even wipe it down. Why should someone make an appointment if they don’t plan for your arrival. I was prepared to pay cash for the vehicle, but wasn’t happy with the customer service, or the condition of the vehicle. I guess my expectations are too high when it comes to spending my hard earned money. Being willing to negotiate prices can go along way.

About 4 weeks after purchasing a “reliable “ car and some inclement weather it was non stop problems. At the time of purchasing they reassured the car had no faults. Of course insurance they also tried to sell doesn’t cover the cars issues. Unless you have insurance inspector level knowledge on cars and what to look i suggest going to a reputable or certified dealer.

My husband and I purchased a mini van from here and within hours of driving off the lot the Check engine light came on and the van started driving really rough. We felt like we were out of options because the van was sold to us “as-is”. I called the dealership the next morning and explained our situation to Nash, who was just as concerned as we were. Nash took care of the problem almost immediately. He had the van towed back to the dealership the next day and quickly addressed the problem. He was very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. I value and appreciate his willingness and concern to make things right. Also, shout out to Chris who we initially worked with prior to making our official purchase. He was also patient and pleasant to work with. Overall, I feel that the dealership deserves a 5 star rating.They don't push anything on you. They let you take your time and answer your questions to the best of their knowledge. Most importantly they take pride in what they do and are willing to make things right in circumstances that they don't necessarily have to. Also, this dealership has a wide selection and great prices.
