One word for this dealership: WOW! I was looking for a BMW X5 and found FJ Motor Group online. From the very first phone call until the moment I drove away in my X5, the entire experience was five stars all around. Blanche was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, responsive, honest, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. Best of all, there was absolutely zero pressure at any point. I never felt like I was being “sold” a car. It felt more like I was dealing with someone who genuinely wanted me to be happy with whatever decision I made. I’m very particular about my cars, and I had a few concerns before purchasing this one. I wanted the exterior to clean up really well, so Blanche had the vehicle professionally detailed for me. Afterward, it looked fantastic. I also wanted to have an independent pre-purchase inspection performed. Her response was basically, “No problem.” She made the process incredibly easy and gave me absolutely no resistance whatsoever. The inspection came back excellent overall, with the only real item being front brake pads that would need replacement soon — nothing unexpected on a used vehicle. The X5 had only one key when Blanche received it, and I told her that having two keys was important to me. Again, “No problem.” She arranged to have a second key made for me at her cost, which saved me a significant amount of money compared with what I would have paid elsewhere. Blanche truly gives new meaning to the phrase “going the extra mile.” Even the actual purchase process could not have been easier. I had already arranged financing through my credit union and arrived with my check. From the time we sat down to complete the paperwork until I was finished, it took literally about 15 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. It was easily the fastest and simplest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life — easily 15 to 20 or more — and this was, by far, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Not even close. I couldn’t be happier with the X5, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the way Blanche handled the entire transaction from beginning to end. Going forward, whenever I’m looking for another vehicle — or whenever a family member or friend tells me they’re looking for one — Blanche will be the first person I contact. So if you’re reading these reviews because you’re wondering whether FJ Motor Group is reputable or whether you can feel comfortable buying a vehicle from them, take it from someone who has bought a lot of cars: you are in very good hands with Blanche. Thank you again, Blanche. You made what is normally a stressful process genuinely enjoyable, and you earned a customer for life.
