I have been a Ford Customer for over 20 years. This Dealership is 5 Stars. Mr. Gibbs is 5 stars as well. I never felt pressured. I had assistance from the service department through sales and all were top notch. I would recommend the dealership to anyone.

My only criticism is that I should have been informed
My only criticism is that I should have been informed that an outside agency arranges the title transfer and they require that I provide them with a copy of my insurance card for the vehicle before I can get a title. The title company called me late last Friday afternoon.
