I’m seeing all these good reviews their only on the new or newer cars their used cars are awful from my experience and reading the other reviews when it come to their use cars I’ve had this car for a little over 5 months it has Been in and out their shop 8 times and the engine light is back on again I only had it back from them 5 days!!! They have sold us a bad car I don’t know if it’s because I’m a black woman with a Husband who don’t stand up for his self or me or what we need a refund they never have a loaner car for us to use they say bring it back and then your just without a car for another week catching uber back and forward to work I don’t know what to do I need someone to help me then Catherine Jackson who works there will call and ask for you to remove the review please help I don’t know what to do I don’t want to buy another car from them

This is the first time in many years of having my Ford vehicles serviced at Wade that I received questionable service. Dropping off my vehicle at the scheduled time, the bays were backed up and only 2 service techs checking folks in. There were at least 6 vehicles ahead of mine. I waited to check in for over 30 minutes. The service manager I requested was not available. Picking up the vehicle: same situation. I was notified by text my vehicle was ready. When arriving at Wade service, one tech at the service desk and I was 4 customers deep waiting. Then the tech couldn’t locate my paperwork. This is all to say, this is the first time I have ever experienced less than stellar service at Wade. I am hoping this was just a bad day. I’m bringing in my other vehicle this week. Fingers crossed the experience will be better.

They made a usually harrowing experience very easy. Igor was a great salesman and Vernon in their finance department was top tier. All the employees that I interacted with were friendly, respectful and welcoming. I was impressed with the knowledge, efficiency and thoughtfulness of the staff especially with their no pressure sales approach.
