The diagnosed the problem, showed me the affected parts and Nick's estimate was right on the money. The Technician was excellent and I got my Silverado back in time to contiue my drive with no added days to my itinerary. If I were in the market for a new Silverado I would fly out and purchase it from White's Queen City Chevrolet. Since I had my 2001 Silverado for 19 years it may be awhile before that happens. Thank you to all in the service department for their excellent work and not treating me like a number but a valued customer.
