I’ve never owned an EV before, so I had a multitude of newbie questions as this is a big transition from Acura MDX. Ever Cars made this easier than expected. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.

Was not able to purchase with all cash a car through Ever as they were not willing to accept the name Jim for James.

I walked into their store on Saturday and the parking up front was all taken by other customers. Seems like they get busy and I had to wait a bit, but YG helped me to see a Taycan. I was told that I can do the whole process remotely, so once I figure out what I want—I will be more prepared. Cool guys overall and it was fun to chat despite them being busy. Thanks for helping me out on a busy day YG! Try to schedule an appointment and do not be like me if you are stopping by lol

I worked with this team because I needed pricing for a Lucid, and they have a large selection available. After speaking with many dealers who only ask for your phone number or insist that you come into the showroom, Yevgeniy responded to inform me that they are a one-price platform. He even reached out later to confirm this, which I appreciated since many dealers make similar claims but do not follow through. I am currently waiting for pictures and will be checking them out for my next Lucid. Go Ever!

We bought a 2022 Volvo from Ever Cars on Wednesday — that transaction went fine, which is the only reason this isn't a one-star across the board. On that same Wednesday I test drove and reserved a 2023 MINI Cooper SE, trading in a 2021 Tesla Model Y. I had already sent detailed trade-in photos — 4 exterior, 4 interior, VIN, mileage — on Tuesday. By late that week, the finance team had called, walked us through all the paperwork, and I'd signed the financing documents. Vehicle swap was scheduled for Saturday at 1:00pm. I told them explicitly we needed to be in and out — my wife had work and we had our 3-year-old with us. We arrived on time. We then sat in the showroom for over 30 minutes, completely unacknowledged. Every employee on the floor clearly knew what was going on; nobody said a word to us. I finally stood up and asked. A man who introduced himself as a co-founder, Lasse-Mathias Nyberg, informed us that our Tesla was being re-appraised because of scuffed wheels — a detail fully visible in the photos they had sat on for four days. The revised offer came in $1,600 below the $25,500 already agreed to, and he suggested we had "lied" on the trade-in intake. The photos say otherwise. What Ever Cars actually delivered: Four days of submitted photos ignored until the literal moment of pickup Financing signed, then the deal re-opened on pickup day over a $1,600 adjustment they could have raised any time that week Over an hour of our time wasted with a toddler in a dealership waiting room A second hard credit pull without my authorization, two days after the first one for this same deal Zero continuity between staff — every handoff starts from scratch, with no memory of what the previous person agreed to No apology, no attempt to salvage anything, no call from management After I walked, a single text: "released the vehicle you reserved" If you're considering Ever Cars: understand that a signed agreement here means nothing until the keys are in your hand. They will re-trade the deal at the moment of maximum leverage against you — when you've already arranged financing, rearranged your day, and shown up with your family. Buy elsewhere.

Jesus was so helpful and dedicated. He went above and beyond to meet my needs, even staying late to finish the sale.

I recently preordered a Model X on here and had a very poor experience, eventually leading me to buy a Model X somewhere else. - They required a lot of information to hold the vehicle, including requiring me to text photos of my car insurance and of the front and back of both my husband's and my drivers licenses. It didn't feel very secure to be text messaging all of this information. - The hold is literally only for the first 12 hours of when the vehicle becomes available (vs. Carvana's 48 hours, for example), and you do not have photos of the real vehicle until then. - I had to deal with THREE different employees through this process who gave different information. After one told me they could hold the car without a credit application being completed, another told me if I didn't complete their credit application - again, this being for JUST a preorder on a car with no photos yet, which would give me 12 hours to look at it - they wouldn't hold it. My hold was then canceled. For comparison, Carvana's hold process is much simpler and basically just asks for a refundable deposit, which gives you a much longer 2-day window for looking at the car before releasing it. I spent a lot of time texting and on phone calls with Ever about this vehicle before they told me they'd cancel my hold if I didn't do the entire credit app beforehand (I work hard to keep my credit score high - it was 853 when they just ran it for the loan for the Model X I DID end up buying, from a local Buick dealer - and I was not about to jeopardize that with a credit inquiry on a car I couldn't even see). I told my husband this feels like a Carvana-comparable startup that is, at this point, poorly run. I hope they make some positive changes in the future, but I should have trusted the current negative reviews.

Well as others have stated in their reviews the problem of them being super friendly and supportive until they receive your money then the customer service falls off the planet. It is horrible boarding on horrific. I only had 2 simple requests of them after receiving my money and they were to send me PDFs of all of the signed document and to let me know if I could speak with the driver because the vehicle was being delivered from San Francisco to Phoenix and I did not want to waste an entire day not knowing a general time frame other than sometime Friday. Several calls and texts to my sales guy Nick and finance person Travis and nothing at all..... Still waiting for the vehicle now day is more than half over and no documents to be seen???? At this point I would definitely agree buyer beware category is correct. I see that one of the owners was commenting on Reddit. Man you keep seeing the same complaint regarding horrible after sales performance.... FIX IT!!!!
