Had no issues with the service writer. Your tech needs to pay more attention to detail on the vehicles they are working on.. Should come in and leave in the same condition.. ( Have striped nuts on my EGR injector.). Removed external 12 volt outlets didn't even try to reinstall.

Nicole is an extremely good asset for the dealership. She is knowledgeable and shows genuine concern for the customer and his or her problem. The dealership also gets a ten because the dealership was smart enough to hire her.

Good service but needs to work on integrity about recommending work to be done that THEY just completed about 6 months before. Either the new recommendation was a hoax and they forgot they did spark plugs when it was Hall Jeep last summer or they charged me and didn't do it. Very hurt. Just do what is asked and don't present a laundry list of suggestions for more work. I'm just a retired teacher and can't afford to play that game.
