Fast Turn - Sterling

Liars deceived me and took all the money I had. He said it had a current inspection and would need new brakes before the next inspection. It was not disclosed that the brakes were gone on the right side. Was also not disclosed that this car had structural damage. The air conditioning went completely out the day after purchase. The steering locked up and I had to get it pushed into a parking space. They lied about everything I asked about. I asked the day prior if they had the title, he checked and said yes. It was magically “already sent off” the next day. When I arrived I was told it was clean and ready. They pulled it around and it was absolutely filthy. It had NOT been cleaned at all, not even an attempt. The salesman kept walking away when he knew I was on a very tight schedule due to the distance I traveled and had to pick up a child from school. I gave him a time I had to leave. I did not make it home due to him and their total disregard. I was so stressed I should have just abandoned this horrible place and went home. Now due to the non disclosure and lying I not only have no vehicle, no transportation at all, no money to fix the piece of crap and even more distrust about people. They stole my money and I know they will keep doing it to others.

I want to go by 2013 Kia optima the car was driving good the salesman was good. Told me they were gonna give me three days to go check the car out. I come back the car hesitating to start and the owner took the three days off. They told me they did not want to do it no more, so they wanted about a car they were trying to tell me that the battery was dead

They have not returned my $500 deposit so far I doubt the car I saw was really for sale

We love our Toyota and Carlos our sales person was so accommodating. He let us take the Camry to our mechanic and everything checked out. Thank you!
