The purchase of the vehicle was a learning experience for us and the new salesman. He was very helpful in trying to answer questions we had and followed through when he realized we left the dealership missing a portion of the back bumper. We are very disappointed though with the service when we started experiencing a problem with the back hatch 2 weeks after purchase and they were unable to work with us to have it evaluated within a week.

Have a real person schedule appointments, etc. After I scheduled my appointment with the robot, a real person had to call me back to reschedule.

Service was very over-priced and took almost 2 hours to do a basic oil change with tire rotation. The price of oil change with filters and tire rotation was highway robbery at over $600!!

The staff is very kind. My Ram 1500 had damage to the rear which required the box panel and rear bumper to be replaced. When I got it back it looked just like it did when it was brand new. I received a free loaner to use while the work was being done. I will definitely be going here for any future repair needs!

Price for oil change and fuel filters about $100 more than last time. I have an issue I wanted looked at and was told $190 to do this that’s crazy when the free inspection would have found it. They said they did the inspection but could provide the sheet. When I questioned all this I said I guess I need to take my business elsewhere and the service advisor agreed. No customer service whatsoever so ever and no care. Very sad since I bought the vehicle when it was Chrysler world now new ownership employees could care less about keeping a customer
