Dealership is good.

Dealership is good. What a person would expect from a dealership. Salesmen were good, easy to work with presale. Paperwork simple they walk you through everything. My issue was after sale. Vehicle was brought in from another dealership with just 1 key and I was told there was another key but they needed to get it and truck cap had no key for the locks and was told either with other key fob or they would get me a replacement. Neither has happened and no return phonecall. Im not the person who feels they should hound someone to get was expected. Im trying to get the items on my own. Expected a little more out of a big ticket item

I didn't think that I would get approved but Lee and his

I didn't think that I would get approved but Lee and his team got me approved. They were extremely helpful and really went the extra mile. I LOVE my new Jeep!

The car I purchased is good.

The car I purchased is good. The technique to up the price was not! I received in writing a certain amount at the start, and trusted that when it would be that in the paperwork but when I got home to carefully review it, there was a couple thousand added to it. Not a trust built experience.

I bought a used truck and the front struts are bad and I

I bought a used truck and the front struts are bad and I now have a check engine light on but that’s being taken care of hopefully. I was recently in for an oil change and was waiting in the waiting room and noticed the salesman that sold me the truck and he didn’t even acknowledge me. Thought that was kind of rude but maybe that’s just me. Hopefully better experiences to come.
