Paige, Lindsey and Grace were awesome! Buying a truck from 1000 miles away is no easy task, but they made it as easy as possible by following up quickly and getting this purchase done. Thank you!

Despite some hiccups, the team at Gregg Young really did

Despite some hiccups, the team at Gregg Young really did a great job at getting my vehicle fixed up and back to me! They kept me updated on what was going on during the repairs. And, due to the distance from the dealership to my house, they brought my vehicle to me and took the loaner they provided back so I didn’t have to.

Had our jeep for over a month.

Had our jeep for over a month. Very little communication FROM Young - we would call, leave a msg for someone to call us (which we were told would happen the next day), no call back and we'd call again a week later. Jeep was DIRTY when we got it back. First day back got CHECK ENGINE. We troubleshot and added antifreeze til level remained in good level. Brought jeep back in. They never figured out why "check engine" problem after we got it back. We were not informed of 3% credit card fee until we showed up to pay deductible. We didn't see sign on door because we were dropping jeep at parts - not service. If we had known, we would have brought cash (we don't carry $1500 around as a matter of course). VERY disappointed.

They were prompt and efficient.

They were prompt and efficient. Vehicle went in at appointed time. Technician found and fixed an issue. Service underwriter kept me informed through the process.
