Professionalism! Professionalism, Professionalism! This is the best way to describe working with Aston Martin Summit. The entire team is a pleasure to work with. They do all they can to minimize the stress of what many find to be a traumatic experience. Rameez, the GM, will work with any reasonable request, Anthony the Finance manager is transparent and fair, and Roger Schur is the ultimate professional in answering questions and following up with urgency. Their service manager, Jordan, really knows what he is doing. This was my third car from AM- Summit and I will surely return for more.

Worst dealer ever!
Worst dealer ever!! Their Sales Manager Anthony needs learn how to deal with customer with professionalism! He is so rude and mannerless! I hope Aston Martin really take a look into this person! They also promise you to pay top dollar for your car to lure you into the dealership only to low ball you at the end!! Stay away from this place

Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. Called in inquiring about an audi s4 they had - Sales people didn't want to answer questions over the phone and insisted I go to the dealership if I had any questions. I live in Philly- To take an entire day out of my busy schedule just to get questions answered is not really feasible.

Honestly the worst of the worst dealer I ever been to....
Honestly the worst of the worst dealer I ever been to. They gave me temp plates that expired and they are refusing to help. The worst car buying experience I ever had from some guy name addeson. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone.
