Our only problem was the sudden announcement that credit

Our only problem was the sudden announcement that credit cards would not be accepted wihout a charge. This was awkward to say the least. As usual, the service itself was fine.

Our sales specialist Kaitlynn Hayward did a great job.

Our sales specialist Kaitlynn Hayward did a great job. She was courteous and very helpful with ensuring my buying experience was as easy as possible, considering we lived 7 hours away, she made every effort to have everything in place once we arrived. Taylor Holtsclaw and Joe Shane were equally helpful with making the car buying process as easy as possible. As far as purchasing the vehicle, I would recommend them and will purchase another vehicle from them. However, the after-purchase process has not went well at all. I am still operating on my dealer tag passed the expiration, first off, they have mailed the registration to the wrong county office twice even though I have repeatedly requested it be sent to another location, I am not sure if Colby is relaying this information. I am still waiting on a cargo cover I was promised, it will be 2 months next week.

5 STARS; EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE at SERVICE DESK.

5 STARS; EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE at SERVICE DESK. I was impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, from the driver who picked me up from my hotel to the other three service personnel at the desk, service was superb!; Deducted half a star for Parts because I had to wait two days after driving down from Michigan b/c parts did not have keys. Parts should have told customer service desk about parts not being there. Customer service made it right. I only rated the folks who helped me.
