I've taken my car in three times in the last two months.
I've taken my car in three times in the last two months. Each time the dealership keeps the car for nearly two weeks, trying different things to fix the problem. All three times the same issue occurs again within 24 hours of leaving the dealership. Minimal communication occurs while they have the car, usually with me having to call to get updates, but at least we got a loaner car free of charge this last time. Still, three visits and over $1,000 later and we still have the same problem we started with so this service center gets a 1 star review.

Clean place, snagged some Arnie's pizza....didn't know that came with cars these days but alas. Easy to deal and negotiate with. Likeable people. I gave the finance guy a run for his money getting him tripped up on numbers but we got it figured out. Was great working with you all.
