Setting the appt was easy, and when I showed up, they had my info ready, took my keys and said I could wait in the waiting area. I did, they texted me after about 5 min or so with instructions to message them if I needed anything. After about 40 min, they texted me that my car was done. Went and grabbed my keys, they went over the inspection ticket, and I was on my way. Completely effortless. Couldn't be better.
