Marcus was a pleasure to work with at Ineos! I had a million questions before coming to the dealership and he graciously & enthusiastically answered all my questions. Being in sales myself; I rate my transaction with Marcus a 10/10. Marcus was available day or evening and was able to accommodate my busy schedule. Marcus was respectful, kind and he knows his product. No sales tactics which I appreciate. Came in from out of town the day before we were to pick
Came in from out of town the day before we were to pick up the vehicle. Justin was kind enough to meet us that evening socially. He has an amazing knowledge of the area and made some recommendations for boutique hotels and fine local restaurants. The next morning we arrived to pick up the vehicle and he met us at the door. All the paperwork was done. Even the tag was on. He explained the Grenadier functions in great detail and I left knowing if I had any questions he would be there to answer them.
