Marcus has been a delight to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient explaining all the capabilities and features of the Grenadier. Once mine arrived he made the purchase process easy and efficient. His assistance with the initial setup made sure I was ready to enjoy all the features of my Grenadier as I pulled out of the dealership. I would heartily recommend Marcus to anyone considering the Grenadier.

He went over the top in making sure all of our details were attended to, and exploring through multiple options with how we made the purchase. He was very thorough with all of the truck operations and details, and great at communicating back and forth. We have been happy Crown customers in the past, but this was by far our best experience!

Since the first day of contact with Marcus and Talas,
Since the first day of contact with Marcus and Talas, they stood out amongst many other dealers I've communicated with. We probably exchanged 10 emails and four phone calls on the first day. Marcus answered every question I had and if he didn't have the answer Talas did. They understood that I was shopping for the best deal, a car for myself, and the best trade-in number. I was in communication with four other dealers and these guys gave me the best trade number and reduced their vehicle more than others. It was an online deal and very fair for both of us. Never once was I pressured to commit and send a deposit and I also told them that I probably wasn't going to buy their vehicle.. yet they remained professional and courteous, so I chose these guys. Paul in finance was A1 to deal with as well. Crown is a top-notch operation.

From the moment we fist talked to Agim on the phone asking about the Granadier, we knew he would be our best sales representative. It was a risky decision for us when it comes to purchasing a brand new car which was introduced to US market recently and no one knew about it but working with him was such a peaceful process. Everything went very smooth, even though we were from Orlando and had to do everything remotely before we get there and buy the car.
