Service department is top notch. My salesman Marcus is the standard by which all should be measured. He personally went out of his way to coordinate my vehicle getting in for service and all my accessories be added. This was the best car buying experience I’ve been through! Agim was amazing - he has such a calming personality and made everything feel really laid back and easy. I expressed all of our needs and he went out of his way to make us happy. Paul the finance manager was also great. He walked us through all of the numbers and made sure we were comfortable - he was very personable. Brittany was so sweet and helpful - I’m telling you, this dealership is the best because of its people. We are in love with the truck and couldn’t be happier. I took a simple problem to Evan Doel at Crown Ineos. The solution was not simple and I was impressed that Evan was methodical and thorough in isolating the cause and providing the solution. I was particularly impressed with his explanation of how the problem occurred and what it took to find it. To my mind that is a commitment to excellence that is not easy to find these days.
