Grossly overpriced labor rates.

Grossly overpriced labor rates. Estimate for preventative maintenance suggested was ridiculous. After many years with this dealership I'll be looking elsewhere. Definitely not the same since being sold. New ownership definitely not an improvement.

Everyone, espically Frank, was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone, espically Frank, was very friendly and helpful. The service did not take too long of a time, and Frank came and checked on me to see is all was ok. The only criticism I have is that is is VERY COLD in the dealership! Bring an extra sweater!

The dealership was good.

The dealership was good. The best part of this experience was working Mohammad Iqbal. He was so honest, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I typically don't trust salespeople. Dealing with Mo was so different. He made me feel as if we were friends. Didn't pressure me at all.
