Do not shop for car here!

Do not shop for car here! We were in process with our transaction and they sold the car to another buyer. Passive aggressive sales technique gave us the sense that we were on target to complete the purchase. We were told by the sales manager they sold the used car to another buyer in 87 minutes (start to finish) while we were making arrangements. Failure of integrity in the sales process. BTW, the car is still listed for sale (false advertising!)

2019 Slams Brakes on While Driving

Safety Alert! Faulty sensors in 2019 VW Tiguan SEL jams brakes without cause. Neftin refuses to provide service or refund when car goes rogue. Nine days after purchasing our brand new 2019 Tiguan SEL, the Front Assist function began malfunctioning, unpredictably slamming on the brakes while we were driving. More than once this left us stranded in the middle of busy intersections. We immediately brought these issues to the attention of the dealership. The Service Manager’s response was particularly stunning: “Didn’t you Google this before you bought it?” He went on to say, “the vehicle is acting as designed…it is unfixable”. He explained that the Front Assist sensors are “seeing” the ground when we drive across a gutter or dip, such as exiting a parking lot and pulling onto the roadway. The car responds by jamming the brakes in the middle of traffic, and requires us to take the car out of drive and return it to drive before we can move forward. We are seriously concerned for our safety and the safety of others. Neftin refuses to return our calls. We are now dealing with the corporate office of VW, trying to get some help. We are also getting help from a VW dealership in the valley, whose service department was able to recreate this problem multiple times during a test drive. We are hopeful they will do the right thing. DO NOT BUY FROM NEFTIN. AND DO NOT BUY ANY VW WITH FRONT ASSIST.

Friendly, helpful and no pressure experience!

My husband and I came in to Neftin VW to find a New Beetle just shortly after moving to Thousand Oaks from Chicago. We were warmly greeted by Maz Rozi who gave us great information and helped guide us through our first car buying experience. He was extremely knowledgable and gave us all possible options when looking at payment plans. We never felt any pressure at all and we really were treated like family. We even received tips and info about the area that we are now calling home from Max as well as John Swanson in the finance department. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and we couldn't be more pleased with the preformance, quality, and speed of our New Beetle.

unacceptable service

could not get simple leak repaired. Leak was in radiator and also auxiliary water pump. On first appointment, radiator was not in stock. Had to be special ordered. They required that I pay for the radiator first before they ordered it. On second appointment, the auxiliary pump was not in stock. They wanted to special order it, wanted me to pay for it first, and wanted me to come back for a third appointment. I refused. Too many delays. How does a dealer not have basic parts in stock? Car was never repaired.by this dealer.

Great customer service from Neftin VW service

Neftin VW service dept. provided excellent customer service on my last visit. My VW had a persistent problem & they went above & beyond my expectations to resolve the issue, while providing me a free loaner. My car is like new again!

great buying experience

I bought a new VW Jetta TDI 4/19/14 from Brad Silver at Neftin VW. Drove quite a distance and had two other dealers in my area I could have purchased from. Brad was easy to deal with, very fast and friendly. A perfect experience

Daniel Drake, at Neftin VW, provided me with the best possible car leasing experience ever. He is extremely informative and patient. He provided me with many options to help me decide on the best choice for my needs. He is a pleasure to deal with and I always refer family friends to him. This is my 3rd car from Daniel in the last year, and there will be many more.

Outstanding experience. Although I was initially...

Outstanding experience. Although I was initially looking at a new vehicle with less equipment, Bob Levy took the time to show me pre-owned Certified vehicles had that features and luxury that my family deserved. We came to a deal quickly and without too many hurdles. Financing was a breeze given my credit situation. Bob took the time to go over the major features of our car and gave the kids plenty of jellybeans to take home.
