I go to VW service to work with Frank. He's the ONLY person I trust there and will ever trust there. No offense to anyone else but he's the only person I want to work with and I was frustrated Victor took over the service appt.

I pass a local dealership five miles away on my way to VW of Thousand Oaks. The service there is professional, the service writers explain the needed work, along with any other items that may need attention in the future. The outcome of the service are satisfactory, In fact, I asked them to take a look at a repair my local dealer made which appeared to be incorrectly completed.
