I bought a Sierra AT4X on August 27, 2025. They didn't pay it off until October 25,2025, only after I spoke to a lady who worked for GM Financial. I was my own salesperson, and I had about 10 other customers who trades haven't been paid off and they are calling me, asking what they can do. Some are showing 2 months behind on their credit reports.

Had my car's first service done and a small recall fixed all at once. Very nice and clean facilities, service staff was helpful. They loaned me a car to run my errands in as I had a small child with me. My only small complaint was that I thought it came with a cleaning on its first service, but that really just meant a run through the car wash. I was willing to pay to have it vacuumed and wiped down and mentioned that upon dropping my car off. I was told it was complimentary, so I did expect to get back into a freshly cleaned car. Otherwise all was great and we will be back!
