I’d like to thank Mr. Steve Parrish, the service manager at Sam Boswell Honda in Gadsden, Al. He went out of his way to help me with what was a significant issue with a new Honda that I had recently purchased. He was honest and up front with the time lines for repair, but also provided excellent communication and customer service throughout the process. Not everyone likes dealing with a repair, but Steve made the process as smooth as possible. The vehicle is repaired and running up to what’s expected of a Honda brand vehicle.
