David was very rude and hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation , this dealership likes to scam people out of their money even if we had the vehicle serviced by a Volkswagen dealership they do not honor their warranty on a part that you buy full price to replace . I would avoid this dealership at any cost.

They dealt with me with grace and a sense of urgency. I cannot ask for a better VW Dealership/staff than this VW Centennial.
