A business willing to associate with preditory

A business willing to associate with preditory third-party marketing campaigns is not worthy of anyone's hard earned money. Monumental Ford clearly has a pattern of doing this, most recently with their holiday scratchoff flyer. What I'd really like to understand is, how does this marketing scheme make any sense logically? They want to lure people to the dealer making them think they won a car, then point out to them that they need to be a winner AND have matching numbers (because we all know 90% of people dont read the bottom of the flyer, especially the bottom of the page before the scratch off), then when they realize they don't have matching winning numbers . . . And are all disappointed . . .Monumental Ford thinks people will buy or trade in a car, what, because they're there, and they, "might as well?" Absurdity, I, for one, have lost all respect for Monumental Ford as a business, and I've never even been there. I would never trust them with my hard earned money knowing they are willing to do business with preditory partners. Just look at the one star reviews here, almost all of them are related to their preditory marketing schemes it's a clear pattern and they've lost a forever Ford driver as customer before I ever walked into the door.

Looked for months and found the color combination I was

Looked for months and found the color combination I was looking for at this dealership. Although they are in GA, I was willing to drive from Fl or purchase online and have the vehicle shipped to me. They requested specific photos of my trade-in and I complied. Days later, I get an email from the salesperson stating the car I was interested in had been sold, but he had two others in a different color. I responded that I still had not heard back from them regarding my trade, and that was the last communication I had with them. They flat out never responded and showed me any consideration at all. I have purchased my past 5 cars online and have had smooth transactions every time. I would not recommend Monumental Ford. I've moved on.

Purchased a used car on July 15th from Hodges - a note on

Purchased a used car on July 15th from Hodges - a note on our sales agreement was that the blind spot monitor was to be replaced at no charge as they had ordered the part in May, but it was on backorder. Called in September to inquire about the part and Dawn advised she knew nothing about it and provided her the VIN#. Have called 6 other times, and noone seemed to know about the missing part. Left 2 messages and never received a return call. Called AGAIN when I spoke with Dawn and mentioned I may need to engage a lawyer, she advised me to call my salesperson Ashley Sheldon. I texted her and explanded the situation. Low and behold they found the part with MY NAME on it and phone number. However, since the dealership has sold, I would now have to pay for the part and the labor to install it even though it was part of our sales agreement and I have been trying for months to get a status on the part. She then says they called and talked to someone who "knew" me. I explained that my number is a cell number and I am the only one who answers it. I have no calls from this dealership on my Verizon bill, and re-iterated that I never received a call from them. I have all of this exchange via text message. Filed a complaint with the BBB and guess what, they didn’t respond to the complaint, therefore you have my review!

Great experience my sales person was Michael and would

Great experience my sales person was Michael and would have to say he went above and beyond what I would expect from a car salesman. I was told after talking with him they didn't have the the car I was looking for rather than trying to sell me on a car they had he went out of his way to find the exact car I was wanting, brought it into the dealership the next day and we completed our transaction. Extremely happy with Michael his courteous and personal attention to myself and my wife is just not expected in today's environment. I would highly recommend Hodges Ford and especially recommend Michael as a sales person. I have only had my car for 3 days now so I cant speak to there service but if it is good as there sales and finance staff I'm sure it will be great.

This dealership does not service all Ford RVs.

This dealership does not service all Ford RVs. This is false advertising. I was less than happy with my experience. Kathleen Kottke, Service Advisor was extremely professional. The problem was with management. Management was less than effective in communicating with us as customers about repairs for our RV or their willingness to do the repair.

I was quoted $5000 to replace my motor in my Edge.

I was quoted $5000 to replace my motor in my Edge. Got a called later saying that it was going to be $7100 and some change. What???? That 2100+ over what was quoted. I told them no. Went to get my car after I asked had the work been started and was told no. Drove there only to have quite changed again $6500 and some change. Said NO. I am here to get it. Then was told I couldn’t have it today due to the oil was drained and would have to return tomorrow. So not only is my car not going to fixed but I have to make a third trip just to get it back!! Horrible service!!
