Aiden was an amazing help identifying the right car for

Aiden was an amazing help identifying the right car for me, Going through a hard financial time and really having a tough time finding something that was good and didn’t break the bank was aiden’s main focus. Aiden negated unnecessary fees and focused on fitting my price point. Working with aiden felt like i was talking with a friend and he only wanted what was best for me and not for him. anytime i need a vehicle in the future i will be going to Aiden.

I just called about requiring a vehicle that I got

I just called about requiring a vehicle that I got approved for online. They asked me for the same information that I already put in. I continuously asked why it was need and my question was deflected. I was told that they cannot see online deals when it involves delivery. They tried changing my deal on me and kept running my credit score after advising that they wasn’t. When I was trying to speak and ask questions on why they have the online options if “ it’s not accurate”. Aiden Manager Dan would not let me speak and kept interrupting me. This has been HORRIBLE SERVICE and won’t not recommend anyone working them.

After a bad accident I found an suv i liked, I showed up and was help immediately by Sydney, pre-approved I told her what I was interested in and asked to not be given the usual dealer treatment. This dealership did not pressure me, did not add on a million dollars in extras and were extremely thorough, helpful, and friendly. Adrian was personable and Sydney was hands down the best saleswoman I have had the pleasure of doing business with.. I recommend this team to anyone wanting a great car and a friendly helpful and easy experience! Santi (aka Jeremy) the finance specialist was hands down so amazing he sealed the deal and gave me the apr and price i came in for Thank you all so much for making a horrible week better just by being you
