Went to Nissan to get clips for the oil pan underneath my

Went to Nissan to get clips for the oil pan underneath my car because where I took it to Walmart to get an oil change they broke my clips. Nissan was just gonna sell me the clips and I was gonna go do it myself, but they worked with me did the clips found that the oil filter was not tight I was leaking oil because of Walmart they cleaned my pan All up. I’m not leaking oil anymore. My car actually runs 100% better thank you Nissan. You made my whole day so much better knowing I could drive my car safe definitely definitely going back to that Nissan to have all my work done even if it cost me 10 times more well worth it management was awesome. My tech was awesome. Thank you again Nissan you guys went above and beyond what I would’ve and was gonna charge me $54 to do it, which I was willing to pay at the end after the whole ordeal he gave it to me at no cost because of what I went through so again thank you Nissan.

Matt and Steve were absolutely amazing to work with. They kept us informed every step along the way throughout the entire process. The communication and transparency was consistent from the initial phone call until the time we took ownership of our new vehicle. They listened to what we wanted and worked hard to ensure we received 100% Customer Satisfaction. This is our first Nissan, but thanks to these two guys we will definitely be back in the years to come for more vehicles from Courtesy Nissan of Mesa.
