Rude. Not a person who want to buy a car from. Stay away. He’s out to make money at all costs and would rather have a car go to auction than make a deal.

Thank you for your feedback. With our pre-owned vehicles, we try to price our vehicles to be among the top three lowest within 100 miles and always prefer to sell to retail customers. In this case, the offer made was below our advertised price, which we could not accept responsibly. While auctioning is sometimes more viable, it’s never our first choice. We understand out-of-state markets, may show lower prices, but we must price within our own market. We’d appreciate the chance to earn your business in the future. Austin was very easy to work with.
Austin was very easy to work with. He immediately made me feel comfortable and I had any and all of my questions about my purchase answered. He was kind enough to personally deliver my Rouge Rock Creek which was a 3+hours away. He stayed with me until I was comfortable driving my new vehicle. He made the purchase easy and stress free.

Honest, we were only going to test drive it today.... the experience and people working were so comfortable we drove it home! Damon McDowell was a pleasure to work with and answered all questions.
