Runway Auto

At first everything was fine but when I started questioning some details the sales guy wanted 500 dollars to hold it for a few days until I could get up to see it he said later is wasting not refundable I told that’s wrong then he well we would apply to purchase only after I blew up on him and also their financing is no good had 800 fico and they want to charge 8.4 interest they are bad business people

I have contacted dealer multiple times with very few replies. I finally put a application in for financing and there's been five days with no response from the dealership, today they said they would run it and print it, but they never called me back.

They have great cars and a great attitude very nice and very friendly and helpful.

Most worst experience I ever had. I would never by any from Runway Auto or its parent company New Deal Auto Group. In March there was $500 off the price. What a joke. They put the $500 back into the price saying it’s paperwork. The way they do business is shady and underhanded. Most if not all employees are brainwashed to to manipulating innocent customers to buy what they don’t want or need.

Runway Auto is absolutely amazing!!! Gary is so nice and genuine & really went above & beyond making sure I was happy with my car and all details I asked him about (this is the 1st time I bought a car from a dealership so I had lots of questions)...he made me feel so comfortable that I didn't even visit the other dealership I was considering! From the 1st time I went to Runway Auto, I knew I didn't need to go anywhere else :) I absolutely LOVE my new car & will refer them to family & friends & anyone else I can because they are truly the BEST! Candy in the office is also very sweet and again made me feel comfortable when answering my many questions, lol...she also explained each document thourougly & when I drove off in my new car, I felt super happy & confident in my purchase :) Thank you again Gary & Candy...you are awesome & I'll drop by to say hello when I'm in the area :) Sincerely, Jodie V. I found them to be very honest With straight forward with the answers to the questions I asked the only reason we didn't buy there car was the shipping just moved it above our price range. Doug
