Car Castle - Waukegan

I called the dealership multiple times over about a week period asking for some very common info related to a cheaper vehicle that I was going to buy and have shipped. The personnel at the dealership never followed up, never provided the info requested, and were at times unreachable by phone. What else can I say except that I made an attempt to do business with them and they simply would not do the most basic thing required. I’m really not sure why they advertise.

No follow-up by sales person , serious buyer wanting to pay cash and no call no followup, you'd think at this time of year they would want to sell vehicles , I bought from them before ,paid cash still have that vehicle no response back from them at all. I guess there too busy or don't care kind of shocking!

SOMEONE NEEDS TO FLAG CARS.COM TO TAKE THEM OFF!!! THE SITE. ALL THE REVIEWS HAVE BEEN BAD!!! ALL!!!!!!!!

Purchased two cars from there. One needs $4500 in repairs! Haven't had the second one looked at yet. DON'T DO! I have receipts!

I found my dream car for a reasonable price. Everything works on my Lexus ES330. I wish they would've cleaned the car up better, it was filthy. Max was a pleasure to deal with though. Yes, I would recommend Car Castle. I also recommend bringing a mechanic with to look at what you pick before you buy. It's YOUR duty to do your research.

Junk, I think they found it in a ditch somewhere, the description was way different than the truck they said it was a good truck nothing wrong with it but in fact it had the bed falling off and the trailer hitch actually fell off shocks were trashed ,runs ok but has the lifter tick, console handle and glove box handles broken , frame was welded like someone homemade some junk and half way welded it up because the whole truck frame is rusted in severe condition , ball joints are banging probably cant do anything about that due to the severe rusted frame. they said it was rebuilt by a certified rebuilder , if so they left out brackets and bolts and screwed stuff to other stuff that shouldnt be. Tires are so dry rotten they arent safe for around town, definately not highway safe . also the oil hadnt been changed for three years i know this by the date on the filter, i sure wasted my money , learn the hard way .

No response from the dealership, They ignored my enquiry and phone calls. Not even a email in response to my questions.

Not the best. Customer came in freaking out while I was looking up vehicles to test drive. The older lady who tried to help me was great.

Sold me a 2009 Ford Mustang without telling me about the rebuilt title or that it was in an accident after I even asked the guy! I bought it February 22nd 2024 wasn't even plated yet... the timing chain went. To fix timing chain is $5,000 from Ford dealer exactly what I paid for it. I called Car castle they said they call me back to see what they could do. Never called me back! I called the B.B.B I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They sell lemons 🍋
