We got a great deal on remote purchase of Toyota Tundra from Drive Nation!! We worked with Keith who kept in communication about entire process throughout, made sure I knew all about vehicle history & confirmed milegage reading. Keith worked out transport for my vehicle for a fee... Everything went smoothly... & Although smaller outfit, I'd highly recommend to anyone!!!

Naol Bayisa sold me an 2014 Mercedes Benz coupe broke down within two months. I brought this car back twice so that they could look under the hood. They continue to speak on coolant, the warranty the provide to you is xxxxxxxx and covers nothing. The timing chain, camshaft sensors and crank sensor are all bad, and considered pre-existing to the contract. I have to pay out of pocket trying to get help from this dealership is insane. i had my car for two months, two months before its completely broke down and not working. I gave he dealership $11k, and the amount for all repairs about 4k. They will lie and say they will fix stuff they wont, don't believe them. They sale lemons don't buy from her worse decisions of my life.

Service was great and very friendly staff I recommend this dealership, I purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger and I'm happy with my purchase.

Called dealership several times to check on application was told a lie everytime,do not deal with this dealership, they are a bunch of liars!!!!

I recently purchased and as is car from this establishment. I expected mechanical issues. I even asked the manager if there were any main issues because I wouldn't mind fixing them. He said no everything was good. Well long story short 2 months later the car starts acting up and i fi d out that my kids and I could have blown up. Please reconsider your purchase here for your safety. The next person may not be so blessed.

I have looked over all this reviews and although I'm not sure when they started to when the last entry was, but the Drive Nation in Fredericksburg VA operates under the same negative guidance. I truly don't understand how they get to get away with this type of practices. I can almost guarantee if any other business was to operate in this manner it would be shut down by now. Sure they will reopen under a new name, but something needs to happen to hold these used car dealerships especially those that operate like Drive Nation (Fredericksburg). It's time to come together and lead an advocacy against these crooked type of companies that clearly takes advantage of consumers that try to trust the businesses that we do business transactions with. Drive Nation is a very misleading and horrible place to do business with. Trust me I only hope future auto shoppers check out these reviews before making a decision on where to purchase their next vehicle, don't make the same mistakes others have made in trying to negotiate with Drive Nation of Fredericksburg.

Salesman Keith was amazing. This was an out of town sale. This was the quickest and best service I ever had buying a car, I mean ever. Amazing car and amazing service!!

The owner Naol Bayisa and his salesman Keith acted nice until the contract was signed then provided no customer service after the sale. Have been waiting more than 5 months for Naol to send me the valid registration and for him to honor his promise to make the repairs needed to pass emissions. The car broke down within a week of purchase and threw an emissions code within two weeks. When I search the tags that he was to transfer from my trade in both vehicles still show up for those tags.

Naol Bayisa was very polite and welcoming until my sales contract was signed but after that provided absolutely no customer service. I was promised the car I purchased would pass emissions and if not he would make the necessary repairs. Within two weeks it would not pass emissions. He also promised to handle the registration but apparently did not register the vehicle in my name and I have been waiting more than four months for him to send me the registration.
