sold my son a car and changed the sales date on the contract to make the car show as being sold more than 7 days ago. Therefore he was outside of the lemon law mandate. He wanted to return the car but the dealership would NOT accept a return. Run away

Was given Mitch's "word" that he would fix the cluster, which I discovered was not working the second day after purchase. After purchasing the car, returned it to Mitch for a total of 2 visits, 3 days and still the tachometer does not work. Exhausted of this entire disappointing experience for a 10k car, I texted informing that the repairs did not work but that I'm done doing business. In this text I also reported that TOOLS were left in my car after said repair, attached to hardware under the drivers seat. These tools, one set of pliers, one long screw driver thing detached while I was driving on a hill and rolled under my brake pedal. It was so scary. Mitch never replied. I'm so upset he was not a man of his word and that I have to look at a dashboard daily, with a flat line on the tachometer. I also have to drive past his office daily on my way to work, I've had to change my route, as its too triggering. Love my car though, but worst experience ever and its very disappointing to save years for a car and it IMMEDIATELY needs work that I now have to start saving for. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
