Very unprofessional soon as thay get your money attitude changes a very unpleasant experience. As for the car it is riddled with flaws and technical issues.

I recently visited the VinFast store and my experience was marred by unprofessional behavior and lack of product knowledge. Sales lady Dionna Brooks was helpful and provided a clear quote. However, when my wife returned the same day evening to sign papers (as agreed) , the car was sold to another person who arrived later than us and team's tone turned rude. They said it's first come first server without even letting us know another person is interested in the same car. Our interaction with the store manager Isiah McDonalds was super disappointing, should focus on treating his team members with respect and ensuring they are knowledgeable about the products. His boss Bruce Reeves, seems to have a similar attitude, showing disregard for customers and colleagues. Unfortunately, none of team members demonstrated adequate product knowledge. VinFast please think about your staff knowledge and treatment to the customers coming to store along with your product otherwise no life to product how good it is ..! (Not worthy of a rating)

received the best service ever every one was very professional and answered all my questions and had the up most respect for me as their client. wouldnt hesitate to recommend others to the business or dealership.
