Giving one star because it's not an option to give 0. My husband and I were full time students with a newborn baby at the time (September 2025) and had very limited time to look at cars. We found Zoom auto sales and we first met John (I think was his name) and he was very nice. He didn't come across as a salesman at all which was appealing to the both of us. However, when we decided we liked the car, we were given to Mike. Mike wasn't very pleasant to work with and I think if he was our first impression of the company we would've gone somewhere else. Honestly, Mike made us feel very stupid. Lot's of little comments made were very demeaning and honestly just horrible customer service. I wanted to write a review months ago but decided to hold my tongue. Today was the final straw. Mike assured us that this was a very good car and wouldn't go down on price because it was SUCH A GOOD CAR. He said that the people they have inspecting the cars are very good and very thorough and they really trust them. It's just the guys across the street, so was it care or convenience? Within 6 months of driving the car we started to have major problems. Mike said there was nothing they could do about it but gave us the number for the guys that initially inspected the car, Sure enough, we needed to replace the whole engine! But don't worry, Zoom Auto Sales only sells cars that are top notch! We decided to replace the engine because the car was having no other problems- that is until the day after they replaced the engine. The next day our car was shaking as we drove it. We took it in as soon as they would take it. The wheel bearings were out. Did they notice it? Yep. Did they mention it? Nope. So they charged us and fixed it for us. Finally, done with the Zoom Auto money pit! Until just this month (July 2026) the car starts rattling again as we drive it. I start refusing to drive in it with my baby because it doesn't feel safe. My husband took it in this morning and sure enough- now there are $3,000 more in repairs. They told him that none were urgent but they would recommend it and then back tracked and said that like 3 of the repairs were urgent? weird. When my husband asked if they noticed these issues before they said "yeah but we didn't think you were really focused on those things." Thank you Zoom Auto Sales and Elite Auto Exchange- you guys really know how to make the big bucks! You guys are really good at getting the very most out of your customers! Buy anywhere but here. It's not worth feeling like an idiot, stressing about finances with a new baby, and then being left with an expensive piece of crap. Dishonest, rude, and just want your money. Short, sweet and to the point. Found a car they listed online and was out the door with the keys in little over an hour. One of the easier car buying experiences I’ve had in a while.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and not at all pushy. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and carefully explained my options. This was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. The car was in immaculate condition, and they had the Carfax report ready, so there were no surprises. We took the car for a test drive, and everything was exactly as expected. The entire process was seamless, and everyone I spoke to were all very professional. We are very appreciative and will definitely consider you when we're ready to purchase another car.

Very attentive to my request. They are not pushy. I really felt like they listened to me. They have options for financing and if they do not have what you need, they can get it. I saw they had multiple SUV's that were all wheel drive and decided to stop in to check them out. The guys at Zoom were able to help narrow my search down and find some vehicles withing my price range with my specific features. Ended up getting an AWESOME Toyota!
