I bought a bmw x6 from them just 1 month and it got 2 problems with a car . I want to replace another car cause I’m not satisfied with that car. I spoke with a store manager about it and he said they not responsible any problems . This dealer is a big scammer peoples and customer service is suck. I had to took off from work a whole week to fix a car and a week later a car had problem with overheating . Please do not buy any car with them at all if you don’t want a trouble fro your self

Finance manager was rude, unprofessional and lied about extra “fees”. I picked up car with a dead battery and they ignored my request for a replacement. I had to pick up the plates months later they never advised me they had them or mailed them.

Horrible dealership Save your money pls folks Sold me a Acura tl for 15k in may and within 3 months I had to do almost more than 3k$ in maintenance Whole timing was messed up All the valves were cooked The car had a ticking noise from motor aka rocker arm And mechanic said it’s probably suspension(mind you car was parked lol) The mechanic said everything was good Aka don’t be scared to make legal acts for misleading the condition of a used car.

Horrible service they won’t sell you a vehicle unless you buy warranty and gps chip that is not needed they won’t even sell you the car if you pay cash for it don’t go here they will try to rip you off

Found a car I liked. They had great pictures of it in all angles. Pre-approved online and was in and out in 30 minutes with my car I love.

Save your money to somewhere else. this dealership is a scam. cars are not in good condition. Costumer service is bad

Almost got me killed. These fuse sold me a car with bad control arms. My mochanis said I shouldn't drive the car because they may fall off. I had to pay 3000 dollars to get this issue taken car of. I paid cash money for the car 12000 dollars and Frank new nothing about the vehicles history. When I asked questions I got very veg answers. He said "There is nothing wrong with this car". He knew what he was doing. I drove my family around in that car and we could have died on the way home. I called 2 hours before heading down there. He said I'll get the car ready. Upon arrival the car was in the back lot not the front. It was dirty. It was stinky. And on top of that it wasn't even smog checked. I had to drive back down months later just to let the put 400 miles on my car. They wouldn't tell me what they worked on. I asked for a report from the mechanic and only got rhe smog check. I called multiple times to let them know I wanted the michanic report. Absolutely do not by a car from these scam artist. I really don't know how they are even a business.

Don’t go here! They don’t inspect the cars at all! You’ll be disappointed cause you will have issues wrong with the car. Unprofessional . They sale cars and don’t even diagnose them before hand. You’ll be sorry !
