Brandon’s handling of this transaction was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We were clearly told that a specific car was being held for us while we finalized the purchase. Based on that assurance, my credit was ran as a co-signer, a serious financial action that directly affects someone’s credit. Despite this, Brandon sold the vehicle the night before without warning, communication, or any attempt to give us an opportunity to move forward. Selling a car out from under a customer after running their credit shows a blatant disregard for ethics, accountability and basic professional standards. This was not a misunderstanding, it was a direct failure to honor commitments and a complete lack of transparency. Running credit over the premise of a held vehicle and then selling it anyway is unacceptable and misleading. This experience showed a clear lack of integrity and accountability, and I would strongly caution others before doing business with Brandon.

I have nothing bad to say about my car runs great. It's my paperwork where I see nothing but fraud. And when I came in to talk to someone he admit to fraud. Got it all on a recording . Please sit down and look over your paperwork. And make sure that your handwriting. Make sure you cross your T And dot your eyes. Because it will get changed and with a smile 😁 and his face will look you in the eyes and lie.

Worst experience ever they have you sitting there all day while they bounce around to different customers and then tell you false statements.. They are the worst I would never go back I found better elsewhere!!

Bait and Switch The seller listed their 2020 Dodge Charger with under 50k miles at $5,999. I thought that was suspicious, so I called. That's the down payment, not the full price. I'm giving two stars due to the shady practice

BEWARE These people quote one price on line then raise the price after you try out the car (21,000 to 27,000) Lots of double talk, cant be trusted.
