Luke continued his customer service after the sale with all my needs including picking my vehicle up and driving it for aftermarket add one so that I didn’t have to miss work! Ridiculous diagnostic charges something that takes 15 seconds to do shouldn’t cost $150+ you guys and every other major dealership love ripping of your hardworking customers.

I’ve been going to Smithville Ford for many years now I was a little nervous when it changed hands but I’ve been very happy so far. Evan was great gave me bad news about my lugnuts but was up front with me which I can respect.

Technicians didn’t put oil fill oil back on. Coated entire engine bay with oil. Had to had oil back myself. Interior dash was covered with dirty hand prints. Terrible service.

I was told I needed a transmission service! ! So I got my appointment and I ask when checked in and was told when I ask what the service included. I was told they would service the trans fluid. I ask was a filter included and the Fellow said no just the fluid service. I have no actually what I expected but why not the filter be replaced. I suppose that is what Ford thinks it needs! But for $325 is excessive but I should have inquired prior to the appointment.

They were very nice up there and helpful. They made sure I was taken care of with the van I got.
