Luke was by far the best sales person iv ever had and

Luke was by far the best sales person iv ever had and that’s coming from someone who sold cars for years. Luke was responsive, he listened to exactly what I wanted and presented options only within my wants. Little to no pressure. Luke continued his customer service after the sale with all my needs including picking my vehicle up and driving it for aftermarket add one so that I didn’t have to miss work! He offered, didn’t even have to ask. 10/10 recommend!!! Thank you

They are always professional, polite, and easy to work

They are always professional, polite, and easy to work with. I never have much of a wait to get an appointment and they get my truck serviced and back on the road in a reasonable length of time.

I’ve been going to Smithville Ford for many years now I was a little nervous when it changed hands but I’ve been very happy so far. Evan was great gave me bad news about my lugnuts but was up front with me which I can respect.

Technicians didn’t put oil fill oil back on.

Technicians didn’t put oil fill oil back on. Coated entire engine bay with oil. Had to had oil back myself. Interior dash was covered with dirty hand prints. Terrible service.

I was told I needed a transmission service!

I was told I needed a transmission service! ! So I got my appointment and I ask when checked in and was told when I ask what the service included. I was told they would service the trans fluid. I ask was a filter included and the Fellow said no just the fluid service. I have no actually what I expected but why not the filter be replaced. I suppose that is what Ford thinks it needs! But for $325 is excessive but I should have inquired prior to the appointment.
