Smithville Ford was very easy to work with! I felt comfortable, understood, and valued during my experience.

I had a terrible experience with Thoroughbred Ford's Service Department before coming here for the same issue. Smithville Ford didn't jerk me around, everything was quick, the communication was great, and I appreciated the fact that JD considered how he would feel if it were his own vehicle. Patrick was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what had caused my panel to pop out. I've made it to the end of the week and everything is still in one piece and looks great! I am a Smithville Ford convert! Keep up the good work, and I will keep coming back!
