The whole experience was very easy and I felt like I got

The whole experience was very easy and I felt like I got a good deal on the car. I really wanted. It took a little longer than I had expected, but that pride comes with by a car.

Did not have my parts in stock.

Had to return a second time to complete my 24k service

Had to return a second time to complete my 24k service because noone.new how to complete one of the services that was recommended in the Kia app. Also, their recommendations at 24k did not agree with the Kia app. They got the service requirements off my phone app.

Thank you for your feedback and patience. During your first visit, we checked you in for a 25K service, but we didn’t have the hybrid-specific part of the service (engine/motor clutch fluid) in our menu. Because of that, the service wasn’t completed, and we had to reschedule you. This was a learning opportunity for us, and we’ve updated our processes to ensure we’re fully prepared for hybrid services moving forward.
