My service was quick and efficient. No hassle or trying to sell me on new services. I keep my truck well maintained. So for that reason is why my rating is a five. I will say I miss the previous crew. They were more personable. This time I felt like a number and when it was time for pick up everyone just looked at me and FINALLY someone walked up to me to ask if I was checking out. The rep who assisted didn’t seem as if they wanted to assist. Customer service needs work. The car service was great!
